Suitable for all levels, gentle yoga to sooth your soul. Compassionate and kind movement to relax and revive your body, mind, and spirit.
Basic
This class is designed to offer an introduction to the spirit and practice of yoga. Basic postures will be taught and no previous experience is necessary. Drop-ins are welcome. Includes instruction in all basic poses, breathwork and relaxation.
Mixed
A more energetic practice, designed for students who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Good for experienced beginners to more advanced yogis. Focus is on gaining strength and integration. To attend the Mixed Level Anusara Classes a working knowledge of the Universal Principles of Alignment is encouraged. Plan to expand and enjoy a dynamic practice that may include handstands, introductory arm balances, and back bends.
