 Nourish Your Vitality Includes:

2 free yoga classes per week, most months

Three retreats over the course of the year with Suzanne here in Saratoga Springs
Dates: June 1-3 2018,  October 19-21, 2018 and March 22-24, 2019

This course has six sessions:
May and June: Body Basics
July and August: Open to Ease
September and October: Step into Soothing Stability
November and December: Insulate Your Well-Being
January and February: Reflection and Stillness
March and April: Inspiration and Revitalization

Each session consists of:
—Two live Zoom conference calls a month, with Suzanne and the group. 
—Four  Quarterly 1-1 session with Suzanne, to keep you connected to your health goals
—Three 3 day retreats in beautiful Saratoga Springs  NY (June 1-3 2018, and Oct. 19-21, 2018, and March 22-24 2019)
—Monthly Themes, a book list, and local in person meet ups
—Access to our private FB page for daily support from Suzanne and the group
—Bi-monthly emails from Suzanne
